Based on our discussion and on the content of your old website we will build you a custom, to your brand and needs, website that can easily have features added to it in the future (like a translation selector). The system would be built with the CMS, or content management system, WordPress. A CMS is a User-friendly back end for editing the site and managing content. The site framework will be set up and a variety of page structures will be created to fulfill the need for future and existing pages.

What is the Process?
We will begin with the layout and design of the Home Page. Once the homepage has been approved, we will present the interior pages the same way. These layouts will be presented as static images from Photoshop for approval. Only once they have been approved will we begin programming the site. The website will be developed to be responsive to smaller screens, tablets, and smartphones (mobile-friendly). The website will be programmed in an SEO-friendly manner – ensuring the best practices for good Google search results.
We also install Google Analytics and Google Webmaster tools onto the website. Google Analytics and Google Webmaster tools will give you the ability to track a ton of different aspects of your website’s traffic and metrics including things like where a user came from, how many visitors are going to what areas, and more. They are both very powerful tools that give you more than enough information to see how your website is doing and where to go with your future online marketing.
We will make sure that the transition from the old site to the new site is done properly to ensure you don’t lose any current SEO. It’s vital that when a transition like this takes place, it is done following Google guidelines and making sure to notify all of the big search engines of the changes both through their systems as well as with proper redirects. This is something we automatically do through the transition and is included in the price below.
Academy User System
This is the system we discussed which would allow you to make individual user accounts that have access to either paywalled or confidential information and content. The individuals that you provide the accounts to would have access to your different academy elements based on your preference and organization based on user categories so that certain users only have access to certain information. This will allow you to manage the users, adding them and removing them.
This process can be fairly automated behind the paywall where a user that wants access to the system can complete their purchase online and as soon as they do, they have access on their account to the content. Then, within the system, you can easily host text, pdfs, video, or other content that only users of that level have access to.
Academy Location Map System
This would be a database system working in conjunction with an interactable map system like Google Maps that would allow for the easy upload of all of your current academy locations. A user will be able to search for a location nearest them by zip code or category. Once they find one that they’re interested in, they can see the location’s contact information.
We will need a spreadsheet of each location, their contact information, and any other information you’d like with the listing.
DonorBox Setup
We discussed your current donation system and we had suggested using Donorbox. We will setup DonorBox on your site which you can use either Paypal or Stripe for processing. Through Donation Box, you can request a donor’s name, information, who they may be donating on behalf of, and much more.
This estimate does not include any type of Donation Box subscription.
Store / eCommerce with the inclusion of Printful
The website will have a store where both physical and digital products can be listed and sold. Each product will have its own product page and the ability to add variations to these products.
This cart includes the setup of connecting Printful to the website, which can provide you with branded products. You’ll also be able to sell non-Printful products if you like.
The shopping cart itself offers a multitude of things:
- A Payment gateway that automatically accepts payments from PayPal Standard Gateway – Accept credit cards and PayPal payments, Square, Authorize.net, PayPal, eWay, SagePay, Braintree, PayLeap, and more. The system also offers BACS, Cheque, and Cash on Delivery – Simple offline gateways. Some of these gateways may require the purchasing of a 3rd party plugin at an additional cost. The installation of the 1 processing plugin would be included in this price. We do not provide credit card processing services.
- A wide variety of shipping options from all major shipping providers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Specific shipping services may require an additional plugin to integrate into its system, price TBD based on a carrier.
- The shopping cart system has an extensive coupon system to provide your customers with deals in discounts for marketing purposes,
- CSV downloader and uploader
- User/Account system for customers to track their past orders and reorder past products
- A user-friendly order, product, and stock tracking and management system.
This shopping cart includes the uploading of 5 products by our team. Additional products can be added by our team at the additional cost to be quoted separately. You’ll be able to add more products yourself to the site once the website has been completed and we can teach you and your team how once the project has been completed.
This estimate does not include any type of Printful subscription.
ADA Compliance
The website would be built ADA-compliant as well as include additional accessibility features that will increase the accessibility of your site for people with Epilepsy, Visual impairment, Cognitive Disability, ADHC, and also partially or completely blind. Email Blast Inclusion
Your team is currently Constant Contact. We would link the website and connect it to your constant contact account. A user on the website could then subscribe to your email list. Users that either donate, use a contact form, or purchase a product can also be automatically subscribed to your email list as well. You would then be able to view your subscribers and download them as a spreadsheet. This estimate doesn’t include a Constant Contact Subscription.
The turnaround time for a project of this nature is 5 to 6 weeks typically, with Edited Final Copy-text and quick approvals from you, the Client.
The design and development of this website platform would normally be a one-time charge of $7,850 but are willing to donate $500 of the estimate, making the final price of the estimate $7,350 paid in 3rds. A 1/3 deposit, 1/3 upon your approval of the design of the site, and 1/3 upon delivery. This price does not include ongoing hosting, an SSL certificate, or maintenance. Hosting is outlined below.
The system does not include an SSL Certificate. An SSL Certificate, a security requirement in order to accept credit cards on your website, would need to be purchased through your host. We do offer SSLs and website hosting to our clients, as outlined below.
